What this service is:

DocsPLUS gives you unlimited access to documents referenced in BNA publications. Documents such as briefs, decisions, and reports often supply important background information for BNA articles. Many BNA articles refer to these documents, which can provide valuable insight and information about a topic.

You can order an unlimited number of documents from BNA PLUS.

Subscribers receive special priority along with same-day turnaround service, with no rush fees for orders placed by 3:00 p.m. All orders are fulfilled via electronic delivery or UPS, and there are no additional shipping charges.

Easy access to vital resources is just a phone call away.

Get documents mentioned in BNA publications such as:

Federal and State Courts: opinions, orders, complaints, briefs, petitions, settlements, etc.

Special Discounts

Subscribers receive a 20% discount on fees to obtain public record documents from outside sources. Subscribers also get a 20% discount on special research reports and briefings prepared by BNA PLUS.

Exclusions to DocsPLUS

Documents to which another individual or organization holds copyright.

Documents described in an article based on a press release or reporter's conversation with a source.

Documents received by a reporter on condition they not be released to the public.

Formats and Frequency

DocsPLUS is available on a yearly subscription basis. Document requests are sent via e-mail or UPS with no additional shipping or handling charges.
