What this service is:

EHS Legislative Alert is an innovative e-mail/Web service that tracks federal and state EHS legislation nationwide—customize by jurisdiction, topic, and frequency of delivery.

What it helps you do:

Stay up-to-date with summaries of federal and state legislative developments, delivered as often as you want, on the topics you specify.

Get the facts you need on new legislation. Each e-mail contains the state, topic, bill number, sponsor, title, latest action, and summary, with a link to a list of full-text versions of the bill and a history of all actions on the bill.

Find out whenever there's an action on a bill, even if nothing happens -- a “No Activity” update tells you whether your selected jurisdictions and topics had no action to report.

Use the preferences tool to choose exactly what you want to track: jurisdictions; topics within or among jurisdictions; frequency of e-mail deliveries; and status or action (e.g., introduction of bill, passage, enactment, etc.)
